Lecture Activities During Pandemic

Today, the world is sick. We know that the world has a pandemic status. The world is attacked by a small, invisible creature that haunts the world. Maybe some of us are scared, some have even been badly affected.
The government has started to enforce its PSBB (a term of WFH in Indonesia) policy. All activities are transferred to the online system. Lectures that should have been conducted on campus have now changed the system to E-learning. Not only on campus, junior high, and high school levels too. My nephew who is still in early childhood is like that.
Some may respond to this as a threat, something terrifying, and some may even view this as an opportunity for development and a means of maturity.
The piling up of assignments made students have a lot of tasks, especially since almost all lecturers gave all assignments. And even worse, if the lecturers don’t want to know what the students are experiencing.
Sometimes I personally as a student, feel overwhelmed by this, because at home it is not only lectures that I think about, but many things must be done and completed such as helping parents and taking care of the house. Sometimes parents also think that they keep on playing cellphones, even though they are in college.
However, if we take the positive side, we can learn a lot from this. One of them is about self-learning and personality development. One of them, I am happy to be able to share information on my Instagram account @nooradn_ even though I am still learning.
If I can tell, I am a part-time freelancer and have an introverted personality (MBTI: INTJ). Of course, when the government announced this I didn’t panic too much to respond because I was used to the online system. I support this because I am used to it, and maybe it is more comfortable to study alone at home, it seems.
I also enjoy taking online seminars and classes. There are lots of seminars that I have attended, both via Whatsapp, Zoom, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live. I feel very grateful to be able to follow all of that.
Of course, dividing time sometimes becomes a challenge in itself. But, It may be difficult, but it is not impossible.
Sometimes I forget the time, even though I’ve already planned in such a way. Between college assignments, homework, freelance work, and personality development, when to attend seminars, when to watch the digital courses, and so on.
Finally, let us maintain the enthusiasm for learning, and don’t forget to pray that all of us will always be given health and sufficiency, and hopefully, the coronavirus can be removed from the face of this earth, and ask that conditions become conducive again.
I hope, this may be useful.
Thank you.
